Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and highly organised Early Childhood Educator for a temporary in person position in Al Ain.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging, and structured learning experiences that build strong academic foundations for children aged 3 years and above.

• Plan and prepare all lessons in advance, ensuring each session is purposeful, engaging, and aligned with clear learning objectives.
• Deliver well-structured lessons that support children's cognitive, social, and language development.
• Create stimulating, interactive, and age-appropriate learning activities that maximise every minute of the lesson.
• Adapt teaching strategies and activities to meet the individual needs and abilities of each child.
• Monitor children's progress and provide learning experiences that contribute to their overall development.
• Foster a positive, nurturing, and supportive classroom environment that encourages confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning.

Candidates should have proven experience and expertise in teaching:

• Phonics
• Early Reading
• Early Writing Skills
• Vocabulary Development
• Speaking and Listening Skills

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

• Exceptional lesson planning and organisational skills.
• A structured and professional approach to teaching young learners.
• The ability to design engaging, well-paced, and interactive lessons with clear learning outcomes.
• A strong understanding of Early Years education and child development.
• The flexibility to adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs while maintaining high educational standards.
• A proven track record of successfully developing strong academic foundations in young children.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Recognised Early Years teaching qualification (PGCE, CACHE Level 3 or above, Montessori, EYFS, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 experience teaching children aged 3-6 years.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience delivering a recognised Early Years curriculum (EYFS, British, Montessori, IB PYP, or similar) would be an advantage.
