HIRING: CLASSROOM ASSISTANT

Location: Al Ain, Abu Dhabi

Age: 25-45 years

• Assist the lead teacher in managing the classroom and monitoring the class schedule.
• Support teachers with lesson preparation, materials, and classroom equipment.
• Revise and reinforce lesson materials with students individually or in small groups.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment.
• Supervise students during breaks, lunch, transitions, and field trips.
• Work with lead teachers to identify student needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Monitor and document student progress.
• Communicate with parents regarding student progress when required.
• Assist lead teachers in preparing lesson plans and classroom activities.
• Follow school policies, classroom rules, and applicable regulations.
• Attend training sessions, parent meetings, and faculty meetings.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Bachelor's degree in education or a relevant field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Classroom Assistant, Teaching Assistant, or in a similar role.
• Good understanding of classroom activities and teaching practices.
• Compassionate, patient, and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
