International Relations Officer

QualificationsBachelor s degree in International Relations Higher Education Management or a related field a Master s degree is an advantage
Job Description- Develop negotiate and maintain international MoUs and agreements ensuring proper documentation follow-up and timely renewal
- Translate agreements into measurable activities including student and staff exchanges joint research joint or dual academic programs and visiting scholars
- Coordinate international delegations institutional visits and events and represent the University at international conferences fairs and networks
- Monitor internationalization indicators including international students and staff academic mobility and research co-authorship
- Coordinate with the Rankings Specialist and relevant departments to provide data and reports supporting international rankings and institutional performance
- Ensure compliance with applicable UAE higher education regulations and University policies relating to international cooperation
- Maintain effective relationships with international partners and perform other related duties as assigned
Three to five years of relevant experience in university international relations, partnerships, or academic cooperation, with demonstrated results in implementing international collaborations.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Knowledge of UAE higher education regulations relating to international cooperation and academic mobility.
Strong negotiation, communication, coordination, and protocol skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
Willingness to travel internationally when required.
