Lead Ranger - Waste Operations & Facilities

Responsibilities

• Supervise waste collection, segregation, recycling, and disposal operations
• Monitor facility cleanliness, equipment, and operational readiness
• Lead field teams and contractors to meet operational targets
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and environmental regulations
• Conduct inspections, report incidents, and resolve operational issues
• Maintain daily operational and safety records

• Experience in waste operations or facilities management
• Knowledge of HSE and environmental compliance
• Strong operational monitoring and reporting ability
• Problem‑solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in field and shift‑based environments
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field preferred
• Possess relevant certifications in waste management, hazardous waste handling, or related fields to demonstrate expertise and commitment to industry standards
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in waste management operations or a related field, showcasing a proven track record of success in similar roles
• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with a focus on team management, performance evaluation, and fostering a positive work environment
