We are currently seeking talented Mechanical Inspector (Villa) to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Duties & Responsibilities- Studying and reviewing materials submittals and shop drawings for all Mechanical, Control & Plumbing Works done by the contractors, to approve, revise or reject based on international Standards, Local Authorities Regulations and Contractual Specifications.
- Daily Supervision on the sub- contractors for M.E.P works installation, flow and quality of works, based on the Tender Documents and Concerned Authorities Regulations.
- Providing Project-specific construction checklists and commissioning process test procedures for actual HVAC and WS systems, assemblies, equipment, and components.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience is required.
- Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Experience in site supervision and inspection of mechanical works.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Proficiency in Auto and Microsoft Office Applications.
- Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills.
