Senior Systems Integrator

Location: Colorado Springs area

• Provide systems engineering and integration support to assess, plan, coordinate, schedule and implement projects from inception through system transition.
• Gather, analyze and investigate problems and issues to determine appropriate resolution.
• Communicate with multiple levels of program, other contractors and government stakeholders, positively influencing parties within and outside the job function regarding policies, procedures and practices.
• Manage system integration projects and provide reliable data to the customer, enabling informed decisions regarding installation, integration checkout and test of operational system modifications and upgrades.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent.
• Experience with systems installation, integration and test.
• Experience with engineering technical and project management.
• Experience working with internal and external customers in a team environment (government, military, SETA, contractor).
• Experience with Request for Change (RFC) impact reviews and assessment.
• Active, transferable TS/SCI with CI Poly U.S. government issued clearance prior to start date; U.S. citizenship required.

• Experience with Customer NSIS and/or rapid delivery methods.
• Customer relationships.
• Experience working across contract and location boundaries.
• Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence is beneficial.
