Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and best industry practices.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard identification across all operations to proactively mitigate potential safety and environmental incidents.
- Oversee and manage incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Lead and coordinate emergency response planning and drills, ensuring preparedness for all potential scenarios.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional), CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist), or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing robust HSE management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO).
