We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inspector - Electrical to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that all electrical work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with contract specifications. Working collaboratively with our engineering and construction teams, you will conduct thorough inspections, document findings, and maintain meticulous records to support successful project delivery.

• Diploma in Engineering (minimum requirement)
• Related degree in Engineering fields (preferred for career progression to Engineer level)

• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical design requirements, methodologies, and installation processes
• Proficiency in interpreting and applying building codes and electrical standards
• Strong technical knowledge of construction techniques and electrical systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and professional reports
• Competency in quality control and quality assurance procedures
  
  Proficiency in technical documentation and record-keeping
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze technical drawings and specifications
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Minimum 7 years of overall experience in construction-related fields
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the United Arab Emirates
• Proven experience in electrical-related construction projects
• Demonstrated experience in construction supervision with a consultancy or similar organization
• Experience working on diverse building types, including horizontal development, mixed-use residential and commercial, retail, and hospitality projects
• Proven track record of site coordination and liaison with multiple stakeholders

• Strong team player with high energy levels and collaborative approach
• Safety-conscious with a demonstrated commitment to health and safety compliance
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining professional judgment
• Solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and observational skills
• Resilient and adaptable to changing project requirements
• Decisive decision-maker with transparent communication practices
• Assertive in advocating for quality and safety standards

• In-depth knowledge of electrical installation standards and specifications
• Familiarity with construction supervision best practices
• Understanding of project management and quality assurance frameworks
