Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in El-Ain. As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting accurate surveys of land and property using various tools and technologies. Your main duties will include measuring and recording land boundaries, topographical features and natural resources. You will also be required to prepare detailed reports and maps based on your findings.

• Bachelors degree in surveying or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a land surveyor
• Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS and laser scanners
• Knowledge of surveying software such as AutoCAD and GIS
• Strong mathematical skills for data analysis
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid biometric passport for foreigners

• Conduct land surveys to determine accurate measurements and boundaries
• Use various equipment and tools to collect data including GPS, total stations and laser scanners
• Analyze collected data to create detailed maps, reports and drawings
• Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers and architects on construction projects
• Follow all safety protocols when working on site
• Keep accurate records of all surveys conducted
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements
• Stay updated on new surveying technologies and techniques
