Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines Troubleshoot electrical control and automation faults quickly to minimize downtime Maintain motors VFDs servo drives sensors pneumatic components and control panels Plan and track the preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment PLC HMI Automation
Programmodify and troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs
Upgrade and improve machine control systems for GMP compliancealarms user access levels audit trails and batch data Design read and update electrical drawings I O lists and wiring diagrams Back up and manage PLC HMI programs with proper version control Utilities
UtilitiesMaintain plant utilities
Monitor utility performance and respond promptly to alarms and breakdownsGMP Qualification Support equipment qualification and change control for new or modified machines Coordinate calibration of instruments and sensors as advised by the Quality department Maintain maintenance logbooks work orders and breakdown records to GMP standards Support GMP PIC S audits and inspections
Spare PartsManage critical spare parts and raise purchase requests for parts and services Coordinate with machine suppliers and contractors Apply electrical safety rules lockout tagout LOTO and safe work permits
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a factory (pharmaceutical, food, or chemical preferred)
- Strong hands-on PLC and HMI programming and troubleshooting experience
- Experience with VFDs, servo drives, sensors, and control panels
- Ability to read and work from electrical drawings
- Good written and spoken English
- Available to join within 4 weeks
- Candidates currently in the UAE preferred
