The Project Facility Manager is responsible to manage and oversee all company projects and facility operations across UAE locations ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law Civil Defence regulations Municipality standards and other statutory authority requirements The role ensures operational efficiency cost control safety compliance and timely execution of infrastructure projects

SPECIALIZED SKILLS EXPERIENCE Bachelor s Degree in Engineering Facilities Management Construction 5 10 years UAE experience in project facility management Strong knowledge of UAE Fire Life Safety Code Experience handling authority approvals in UAE NEBOSH IOSH certification preferred Valid UAE Driving License preferred

type 1 Project Management UAE Regulatory Focus Plan and execute fit-out renovation maintenance and infrastructure projects Obtain required approvals from Municipality Civil Defence and other relevant authorities Ensure contractor compliance with UAE building codes and HSE standards Coordinate authority inspections and approvals before project handover Manage project budgets BOQs tendering and contractor payments Ensure all works comply with UAE Fire Life Safety Code type 1 Facility Operations Maintenance Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of o HVAC systemso Electrical MEP systemso Plumbing drainageo Fire alarm firefighting systemso Elevators and access control systems Ensure valid o Civil Defence certificateso Trade license-related facility complianceo Annual Maintenance Contracts AMCs Monitor utility usage and coordinate with ADDC DEWA Manage building insurance documentation type 1 Health Safety Compliance Mandatory UAE Standards Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law working conditions safety Implement HSE policies aligned with UAE regulations Conduct risk assessments and safety drills Coordinate annual fire drills with Civil Defence Maintain emergency evacuation plans Ensure First Aid Fire Warden training for staff type 1 Vendor Contract Management Source and manage FM contractors compliant with UAE regulations Review contracts and service‑level agreements SLAs Ensure contractors hold valid trade licenses and insurance Monitor contractor HSE compliance and site safety type 1 Documentation Authority Coordination Maintain records of o Civil Defence approvalso Municipality permitso Inspection certificateso AMC contractso Equipment warranties Act as company liaison with o Municipalityo Civil Defenceo Utility authoritieso Landlords and property management companies
