Land Surveyor - English Speaking (Malayalee or Nepali) - El-Ain, UAE

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in El-Ain, UAE. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for measuring and mapping land surfaces using specialized instruments and equipment. This role is open to Malayalee or Nepali candidates who are fluent in English. This is a full‑time position with a salary of 1200$ per month, with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available.

• Conducting land surveys to determine boundaries, elevations, and topographical features
• Using GPS, laser levels, and other instruments to measure and record data
• Analyzing survey data and preparing reports, maps, and plans
• Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate surveying results
• Maintaining survey equipment and tools in good working condition

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
• Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser levels
• Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Malayalam or Nepali is preferred
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
