Land Surveyor

Our growing surveying company in El-Ain is seeking an experienced and skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other important data. The ideal candidate will have experience in land surveying, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.

• Conduct surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
• Analyze survey data to determine property boundaries and topographic features
• Prepare detailed reports and maps of survey findings
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on projects
• Ensure accuracy and precision in all survey measurements
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while conducting surveys
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
• Train and mentor junior surveying staff as needed

• Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a land surveyor
• Experience with various surveying equipment and software
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in land surveying

• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or other design software
• Knowledge of GIS software
• Able to work in physically demanding environments
