- Handle company-related government transactions and doentation.
- Process visas, labor permits, Emirates , immigration, and other official applications.
- Coordinate with government departments and relevant authorities.
- Submit and collect official doents as required.
- Maintain accurate records of government transactions and employee doentation.
- Follow up on applications, approvals, renewals, and cancellations.
- Ensure all government-related requirements are completed on time.
- Support HR and management with PRO-related administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties related to government relations as assigned.
- UAE government and immigration procedures.
- MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, Emirates , and other relevant government services.
- Company visa and labor-related processes.
- Document preparation, submission, and follow-up.
- Previous experience as a PRO / Public Relations Officer in the UAE.
- Good knowledge of UAE government procedures and online government portals.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
- Ability to travel to government offices and other locations as needed.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in English;
Arabic is an advantage.
