Physiatrist – Home Rehabilitation

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Physiatrist in Al Ain. The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and manage patients requiring rehabilitation care in a home-based setting, with a focus on improving functional ability, mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.
The role requires a valid DOH license and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
RequirementsValid DOH license is required.
Medical degree with relevant specialization/qualification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R).
Relevant clinical experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
Ability to assess and manage rehabilitation patients independently.
Strong clinical decision-making and patient management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Experience in home healthcare or home rehabilitation is an advantage.
Assess and manage patients requiring physical medicine and rehabilitation services.
Develop individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans based on patients clinical and functional needs.
Manage patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, mobility, and functional rehabilitation needs.
Monitor patient progress and modify rehabilitation plans when clinically appropriate.
Coordinate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Provide guidance to patients and families regarding rehabilitation goals and ongoing care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Ensure care is delivered in accordance with applicable DOH requirements and organizational policies.
Support a patient-centered, multidisciplinary approach to home rehabilitation.
