Healthcare Manager

To seek a well experienced Health-care manager that will be responsible in ensuring the effective running of our healthcare facility.

He must manage the health care facility and responsible for ensuring that every business aspect and activity related to a facility is running efficiently and effectively. He ensures that doctors, physicians, nurses, technicians and nursing assistants deliver consistent and quality health care.

• Medical background: MD, Dentist, Specialist
• Masters Degree in Healthcare management or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years clinical practice and management experience
• Preferably Arab Nationality
• Bilingual:
  English and Arabic

• Proven ability to solve critical problems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization skills.
• Ability to lead management team.
• Staff development and training knowledge
