Laboratory Supervisor

The
Lab Supervisor leads and supervises advanced embryology procedures within the IVF laboratory, ensuring the highest standards of clinical and laboratory excellence in assisted reproductive technologies in consultation with the Laboratory Operations Director. This role provides technical leadership, supports junior staff through training and mentorship, and collaborates closely with physicians to optimize patient outcomes.

The Laboratory Supervisor is also responsible for maintaining compliance with international laboratory standards, implementing quality control protocols, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Through both hands-on expertise and leadership, the Senior Embryologist /Lab Supervisor plays a pivotal role in enhancing success rates and patient satisfaction in fertility treatments.

Master's degree in Clinical Embryology or Reproductive Sciences.

DHA/MOH/DOH License as Embryologist

Minimum 5 years of experience working in an IVF laboratory with hands-on exposure to embryology procedures such as ICSI, embryo culture, embryo transfer, cryopreservation, and sperm preparation.
