Applied Behavioral Analyst ABA Therapist -School Project

ABA Therapist is responsible for implementing individualized behavior intervention plans for children and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental or behavioral challenges. The role focuses on improving communication, social, academic, and daily living skills through evidence-based ABA techniques under the supervision of a BCBA or Clinical Supervisor.

• Master's degree in Behavioral Analysis or equivalent and passing the proficiency test from one of the professional associations accredited in the specialty
• Active UAE Applied Behavioral Analyst License DHA MOH, DOH or DOH Eligibility - mandatory

• Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior modification techniques
• Data collection and reporting skills
• Child-centered and family-focused approach
• Time management and organizational skills
• Cultural sensitivity and professionalism
