Role OverviewCapital Ambulance is seeking qualified Arabic-speaking Clinical Psychologists to join its team in Al Ain. The role involves conducting psychological assessments and providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions for adolescents and adults in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
The position includes supporting school-based therapy services, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct psychological assessments for adolescents and adults
- Provide evidence-based psychological interventions and therapy sessions
- Develop treatment plans based on individual client needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and assessment records
- Provide psychological support in school-based therapy settings
- Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution
- Valid DOH License or Eligibility Letter
- Activated DHA/MOH License as a Clinical Psychologist
- Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification clinical experience
- Strong skills in psychological assessment and therapeutic interventions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- English proficiency is required
- Arabic language skills are mandatory
- Willingness to work in school-based therapy settings
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment techniques, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, clinical documentation, and patient support
