Provide professional veterinary advice and technical support to customers, veterinary clinics, farms, and other clients.
Promote and sell veterinary pharmaceutical products, vaccines, feed additives, and related products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, veterinary clinics, farms, distributors, and other business partners.
Identify new business opportunities and support sales and marketing activities in the Al Ain market.
Conduct customer visits, product presentations, promotional activities, and follow-up.
Support the preparation and implementation of sales and marketing plans.
Support and coordinate product registration and regulatory activities, including preparation and follow-up of registration documents and communication with relevant authorities.
Assist with office administration and operational management as required.
Oversee and coordinate warehouse activities, including stock monitoring, inventory control, appropriate storage conditions, and product organization.
Monitor product expiry dates, stock movement, inventory levels, and replenishment requirements.
Prepare sales, stock, customer, registration, and activity reports.
Coordinate with management regarding orders, deliveries, customer requirements, and other operational matters.
Ensure activities within the scope of the position are conducted in accordance with applicable UAE regulations, veterinary requirements, and company policies.
Perform other veterinary, commercial, and operational duties reasonably related to the position as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent).
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience in veterinary pharmaceutical/product sales, marketing and customer relationship management.
Experience in veterinary product registration and regulatory procedures.
Experience in warehouse, inventory, and stock management.
Strong communication, negotiation, customer-service, and interpersonal skills.
Good teamwork and ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism when handling company, customer, product, and commercial information.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability and willingness to undertake customer visits and field-based commercial activities when required.
Willingness to work outside normal working hours, including scheduled rest days or public holidays when operationally necessary, subject to applicable UAE labour law and the employment contract.
Valid UAE residence/work authorization in UAE.
Valid UAE driving licence is required.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
