Axxon HR Consultancy is recruiting on behalf of a growing commercial client to appoint an HR & Admin Officer in Al Ain.
This position is ideal for a capable administrative specialist with background in UAE human resources who excels at coordinating payroll inputs, visa filings, and daily office administration.
The primary responsibilities of this position center on executing daily human resources and general administrative functions for the company's regional operations. Daily activities involve maintaining up-to-date employee records, preparing official administrative documentation, tracking attendance, and processing monthly payroll via the Wages Protection System (WPS). The HR & Admin Officer will oversee visa application and renewal workflows with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), manage staff onboarding and offboarding, handle routine employee inquiries, and support multi-location operational scheduling.
Additionally, the role involves coordinating basic office administrative needs and ensuring general alignment with internal company rules and local labor standards.
Candidates applying for this role should possess prior human resources or administrative experience within the United Arab Emirates, along with working knowledge of UAE Labor Law and official MOHRE procedures. Practical experience with WPS payroll mechanisms, visa coordination, and personnel document management is required. Strong organizational capabilities, proficient computer literacy, and effective interpersonal communication skills are essential. Background supporting HR operations within retail or multi-branch commercial environments is considered a distinct advantage.
The position offers a fixed monthly salary package of AED 3,500, alongside statutory employment benefits provided under UAE labor law regulations.
