Job Overview
Design, develop, and implement innovative office infrastructure solutions that enhance productivity and user experience.
Responsibilities- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all office IT systems, including networks, servers, and workstations.
- Manage and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing timely and effective resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their technical needs and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure management within an office environment.
- Proven expertise in network administration (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs) and server management (Windows Server, Linux).
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper‑V).
