We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide day-to-day technical support to end users across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, business applications, hardware, peripherals, and IT services.

The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, good communication abilities, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and business applications.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, network connectivity, software, and hardware
  .
• Install, configure, maintain, and support IT endpoint devices, printers, scanners, meeting room equipment, and related hardware.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and services
  , including Outlook, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Office applications.
• Administer Active Directory user accounts, security groups, permissions, organizational units, and password-related activities.
• Manage IT equipment preparation, allocation, collection, and access support for employee onboarding, transfers, and offboarding
  .
• Provide support for account access, password resets, software installation, device usage, and basic user training.
• Log, track, update, and close incidents and service requests through the IT service management/ticketing system
  .
• Maintain accurate IT documentation, troubleshooting procedures, user guides, asset records, and knowledge base articles.
• Troubleshoot and support peripherals including printers, scanners, card readers, display screens, and queue management systems
  .
• Assist with local network connectivity, IT closets, server room housekeeping, cabling, and infrastructure support activities.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, device assignments, warranty information, and stock movement records
  .
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for equipment repairs, warranty support, and technical escalations.
• Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within agreed SLA/service levels
  , escalating complex or high-risk issues when required.

• 6+ years of relevant experience in IT Support, Service Desk, Desktop Support, Endpoint Administration, or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering
  , or a related field.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, desktop/laptop hardware, drivers, printers, and business applications
  .
• Good experience with Microsoft 365 and enterprise IT environments.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory
  , remote support tools, endpoint management tools, and IT ticketing systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, network, and user-access issues
  .
• Basic understanding of endpoint security, patch management, antivirus, device compliance, and IT security best practices
  .
• Experience with asset management systems and service desk platforms.
• Experience supporting queue management systems is an advantage.
• Exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM/business applications is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Azure Fundamentals, ITIL Foundation, or CCNA will be an advantage.
