Flow Mind Technology is looking for an Odoo Sales & Implementation Consultant to support ERP sales, client demonstrations, business requirement gathering, and implementation coordination.
The ideal candidate should be able to identify potential clients, present Odoo solutions, understand business workflows, prepare proposals, and coordinate with technical teams to deliver successful Odoo ERP implementations.
This role is suitable for someone who understands both business operations and ERP systems, and can communicate clearly with clients from the first meeting until implementation and training.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and follow up with potential clients for Odoo ERP solutions.
- Meet clients to understand their business needs and operational challenges.
- Present and demonstrate Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, POS, Website/eCommerce, and other business applications.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and implementation plans based on client requirements.
- Gather and document business requirements clearly for the technical/implementation team.
- Coordinate with developers and consultants for configuration, customization, testing, and delivery.
- Support clients during implementation, user training, and go-live.
- Maintain professional client communication and follow up after implementation.
- Identify opportunities for additional modules, services, support contracts, or automation solutions.
- Salary will be discussed based on experience.
- Commission or performance incentive may be offered based on sales results.

- Previous experience in Odoo, ERP, CRM, accounting software, or business software sales/implementation.
- Good understanding of business processes such as sales, purchase, inventory, accounting, CRM, and HR.
- Ability to explain software solutions clearly to business owners, managers, and users.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to prepare proposals and follow up with leads professionally.
- Basic knowledge of ERP implementation stages: requirements, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
- Ability to coordinate between clients and technical teams.
- Good English communication skills.
- Arabic language is an advantage.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Odoo certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- ERP/software sales experience is highly preferred.
