As a Supply Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring an optimal balance between inventory availability and sourcing to meet customer demand while supporting the company’s service level and working capital objectives. You will focus on forecast validation, inventory monitoring, and close coordination with internal and external partners to ensure timely and efficient supply.
How Will You Make an Impact?- Manage Finished Goods inventory for both locally produced and internationally sourced products.
- Continuously update supply plans based on demand signals, supplier capacity, and in-transit visibility.
- Execute supply planning and MRP activities in line with Agthia policies, considering supplier lead times, MOQs, shelf life, import timelines, and logistics constraints.
- Develop and maintain sourcing, replenishment, and purchasing plans, ensuring timely PR releases and optimal utilization of supplier contracts.
- Ensure effective Finished Goods inventory control, including monitoring stock aging, expiry exposure, and batch management.
- Optimize and maintain inventory parameters (minimum, maximum, and safety stock) in line with company policy to balance service levels and working capital.
- Prepare and circulate Slow-Moving, Excess, and Obsolete (SLOB) inventory reports, highlighting risks and driving mitigation actions in collaboration with Procurement, Commercial, Finance, and Quality teams.
- Periodically review and update planning parameters, assessing their impact on inventory health and working capital.
- Monitor sales and supply performance against budget and in alignment with supplier contracts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Supply Planning.
- Experience with in FMCG or manufacturing environments is preferred.
