Export Specialist

Blue World Industrial, a leading Food Wholesale Distributor and FMCG manufacturer based in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, is hiring an experienced Export Specialist to join our growing team. As an Export Specialist, you will be responsible for managing international shipments, preparing export documentation, and ensuring compliance with customs regulations across the GCC, EU, US, Asia, and Africa. This Export Specialist role is critical to our mission of delivering premium UAE food products to global markets.

• Manage end-to-end export operations for the assigned regions.

• Prepare and review export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.).

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms.

• Track shipments and resolve any logistics or documentation issues.

• Liaise with internal teams (sales, warehouse, and finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

• Maintain accurate records of all export transactions.

• Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven experience as an Export Specialist or in a similar international trade/logistics role.

• Industry: FMCG or Food & Beverage export experience is highly preferred.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs clearance, and Incoterms.

• Language: Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).

• Personal Traits: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
