We are currently seeking an experienced Indian Manager to join our team in El-Ain. As a Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company.
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.
Please note that this position does not include accommodation. We are looking for someone who is already based in El-Ain or willing to relocate at their own expense.
Responsibilities- Manage and lead a team of employees
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals
- Monitor and analyze financial data
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Must be an Indian national with experience working as a Manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving targets and meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of financial management principles
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to business operations in El-Ain
