WE’RE HIRING | Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager
PHAREA is looking for an experienced HSE Manager to oversee and strengthen Health, Safety & Environmental practices within a leading aerospace manufacturing environment.
Your key responsibilities:- Lead and continuously improve HSE policies, procedures and management systems.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, Abu Dhabi EHSMS requirements and international standards.
- Manage HSE audits, risk assessments and corrective actions.
- Maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.
- Lead and develop the HSE team while promoting a strong safety culture across the organisation.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a similar environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Level 7 qualification in Occupational Safety & Health, or relevant registration with the Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 4501 and applicable HSE regulations.
- Excellent command of English.
- CMIOSH certification is a plus.
