Manager, Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Operations to join our team in El-Ain, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company and ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
• Oversee budget planning and monitor expenses to ensure financial targets are met
• Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve communication
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role, preferably in operations or logistics
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements that have positively impacted business operations
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure
• Knowledge of budget planning and financial management principles
• Fluent in Arabic with basic English proficiency

Contract Type:
Contract.
Salary: 1500$ per month.
