Responsibilities
The Machine Operator is responsible for executing the tasks needed for the operation of the production line to ensure that equipment and raw materials are in good working order and that finished product is produced as per specifications and schedule set by production supervisor. Ensuring health and safety of product and team members thought entire production process in coordination with Quality Supervisor.
Ensuring the standard product quality. Follow the established procedures and guidelines to manufacture the organisation's products according to production specifications and schedules volume cost and wastage targets and quality standards. Coordinate with Maintenance Technician to trouble‑shoot and perform regular maintenance on equipment. Operate machines and production equipment safely and in accordance with SOP instructions. Help and coordinate with Labour/helpers for loading and unloading production lines and performing any manual labour tasks.
Maintaining Health Safety. Achieving total output targets.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school certificate or equivalent plus DAE (Mechanical, Electrical) certification.
Minimum Experience:
2–3 years of Beverage Industry experience. Experienced in operating Labeling (Krones) and Combi Machines.
- Good communication skills specifically in English (verbal and written).
- Knowledgeable in machine processes & operation including troubleshooting.
