Job SummaryWe are hiring experienced Butchers for a reputable hospitality client based in Al Ain. Candidates should have hands‑on experience in meat cutting, preparation, and maintaining hygiene standards. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Cut, trim, and prepare meat according to company standards.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and display of meat products.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.
- Operate meat processing equipment safely.
- Monitor product quality and freshness.
- Follow food safety and health regulations at all times.
- Previous experience (3-5 years) as a Butcher.
- Knowledge of different meat cuts and preparation techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Candidates with their own visa are encouraged to apply.
- Salary: AED 1,800 – AED 2,200
