• Fabricate and assemble motorcycle frames, go‑kart chassis, vehicle structures, and prototype assemblies.
• Perform high‑quality TIG and MIG welding on steel, stainless steel, chrome steel, and aluminium components.
• Interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and technical specifications.
• Carry out chassis fabrication, structural modifications, and precision fitting work.
• Operate fabrication equipment including pipe benders, cutting tools, grinders, and welding equipment.
• Support prototype development and R&D projects.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve designs and manufacturing processes.
• Ensure weld quality, structural integrity, and dimensional accuracy.
• Conduct quality inspections and troubleshoot fabrication challenges.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements, product enhancements, and innovative manufacturing solutions.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workshop environment.

• Minimum 5 years of fabrication and welding experience.
• Strong expertise in TIG and MIG welding.

• Experience in automotive manufacturing, motor sport fabrication, motorcycle manufacturing, prototype development, or fabrication workshops is highly preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
