• Measure, cut, and stitch fabric according to required bed sheet sizes and designs
• Operate sewing machines and tailoring equipment safely and efficiently
• Sew hems, borders, elastic corners, and finishing details
• Check fabric quality before and after stitching
• Ensure accurate dimensions and maintain production standards
• Repair minor stitching defects and alterations when needed
• Iron, fold, and prepare finished bed sheets for packing
• Maintain cleanliness and organize the work area
• Follow production schedules and meet daily targets
• Proven experience as a tailor or sewing machine operator
• Ability to cut, stitch, alter, and finish garments or textile products
• Knowledge of different fabrics and stitching techniques
• Ability to take measurements accurately
• Experience using industrial sewing machines (preferred)
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work under production targets and deadlines
• Basic communication skills
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours if required
• Teamwork and time management skills
