Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior Chassis Fabricator & TIG/MIG Welder to join our advanced vehicle manufacturing and R&D facility based in Al Ain, UAE. The role focuses on creating high-quality prototype and production ready vehicle structures, offering long-term career growth and exposure to cutting edge projects.
Key Responsibilities- Fabricate and assemble motorcycle frames, go-kart chassis, vehicle structures, and prototype assemblies.
- Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welding on steel, stainless steel, chrome steel, and aluminium components.
- Interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and technical specifications.
- Carry out chassis fabrication, structural modifications, and precision fitting work.
- Operate fabrication equipment including pipe bender, cutting tools, grinders, and welding equipment.
- Support prototype development and R&D projects.
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve designs and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure weld quality, structural integrity, and dimensional accuracy.
- Conduct quality inspections and troubleshoot fabrication challenges.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements, product enhancements, and innovative manufacturing solutions.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workshop environment.

- Minimum 5 years of fabrication and welding experience.
- Strong expertise in TIG and MIG welding.
- Experience working with steel, stainless steel, chrome steel, and aluminium.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing, motor sport fabrication, motorcycle manufacturing, prototype development, or fabrication workshops is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Good English communication skills.
- Passion for engineering, innovation, and product development.
- Immediate or short-notice joiners will be an advantage.
