Entry Level Baker

We are currently seeking an Entry Level Baker to join our team in El-Ain. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts. Our ideal candidate is passionate about baking and has a willingness to learn and grow in their role.

• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
• Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings
• Bake items at the correct oven temperatures and times
• Monitor products while they are baking and make adjustments as needed
• Decorate baked goods according to instructions or creativity
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment is a plus but not required
• Knowledge of different types of flours, ingredients, measurements, and baking techniques is preferred
• Must be able to follow recipes accurately
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
• Strong communication skills (English proficiency is preferred)
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: 1400$ per month.
