Aluminum Technician (Cutting & Assembly

MASPERO ALUMINIUM & GLASS WORKS is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Aluminum Technician (Cutting & Assembly) to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for precisely measuring, cutting, fabricating, and assembling high-quality aluminum profiles and glass components according to engineering drawings and technical specifications.

MASPERO ALUMINIUM & GLASS WORKS is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Aluminum Technician (Cutting & Assembly) to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for precisely measuring, cutting, fabricating, and assembling high-quality aluminum profiles and glass components according to engineering drawings and technical specifications.

• Reading & Interpreting Drawings: Read and analyze shop drawings, architectural plans, and cutting lists accurately to execute specifications.
• Precision Cutting: Operate manual and CNC cutting machinery to cut aluminum profiles with high accuracy and minimal material wastage.
• Fabrication & Assembly: Assemble aluminum frames for doors, windows, curtain walls, structural systems, and skylights using appropriate hardware, corner cleats, and fasteners.
• Glass Fitting & Gasket Installation: Prepare frames for glass fitting, install rubber gaskets, silicones, and sealant applications ensuring weather-proofing and structural integrity.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products for precise dimensions, smooth finishes, proper alignment, and strict adherence to quality standards.
• Workshop & Equipment Maintenance: Operate aluminum fabrication machinery safely and perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery.
• Site Coordination: Assist in pre-installation checks and collaborate with the site installation team when required.

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in aluminum cutting, fabrication, and assembly (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of various aluminum systems (Thermal Break, Non-Thermal, Curtain Wall, Skylights, Sliding/Hinged Systems).

  Proficiency in operating double-head cutting saws, milling machines, corner crimpers, and hand tools.
• Blueprint Literacy: Ability to read and translate technical shop drawings and cutting lists accurately.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for precision, measurements, clean finishing, and quality control.
• Physical Capability & Teamwork: Strong physical stamina, ability to handle heavy materials safely, and a good collaborative mindset.
