Ensure the potting soil is produced according to the approved specifications.
Monitor production quality and consistency.
Skills
Cocopeat and growing-media knowledge
Understanding of pH and EC
Knowledge of NPK and organic matter
Soil/media testing and quality control
Knowledge of fertilizers and soil amendments
Production process supervision
Raw-material quality inspection
Ability to interpret laboratory test reports
Product formulation and development
Good record keeping and documentation
Knowledge of agricultural regulations and product registration
Problem-solving and troubleshooting
Basic Microsoft Excel/Word skills
Good communication and coordination skills
