Project Manager (Arabic) – Façade Lighting & DMX

Position Overview

Responsible for managing facade lighting projects from design coordination and procurement through installation commissioning handover and maintenance ensuring delivery within schedule budget quality and client requirements.

• Manage complete architectural and facade lighting projects.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, architects, designers, engineers, contractors and suppliers.
• Manage project schedule, budget, resources, procurement and site activities.
• Review technical specifications, drawings, BOQs and project requirements.
• Coordinate installation and commissioning of DMX, DALI, Art-Net, sACN and other lighting control systems.
• Ensure compatibility and integration between fixtures, controllers, decoders, power supplies and control networks.
• Coordinate systems from Traxon and other international lighting manufacturers suppliers.
• Monitor testing, commissioning, programming, snagging and final handover.
• Manage technical issues, variations, risks and client requirements.
• Coordinate emergency response and critical lighting-system failures.
• Ensure proper project documentation, reports and as-built information.

Required Knowledge:
Strong understanding of Traxon and other architectural lighting systems, DMX control platforms, lighting fixtures, control architecture, networking, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Bachelor of Engineering/Technology - (Electrical & Electronics Communication) Minimum 10 to 15 years field experience are required.
