Entry Level Baker
As an Entry Level Baker at our bakery in El-Ain, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation of a variety of baked goods. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth and development in the culinary field. No prior experience is required, but a passion for baking and willingness to learn is essential.
Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and production of various baked goods such as breads, pastries, and cakes
- Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure quality and consistency in all products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work area
- Learn techniques and skills from experienced bakers to continually improve baking abilities
- Ensure all products are properly packaged and displayed for customers
- Passion for baking and interest in pursuing a career in the culinary field
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality
- Willingness to learn from experienced bakers and take on new challenges
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Starting salary for this entry level position is 1100$. Salary may increase with experience, skills, and performance.
