We are a reputable bakery in El-Ain that prides ourselves on creating delicious, high-quality baked goods. We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Head Baker to join our team. This position is open to both Indian and Egyptian nationals.

As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire baking process, from preparing the dough to decorating the finished products. You will also be in charge of managing a team of bakers and ensuring that all products are made to our high standards.

• Manage and coordinate daily baking operations
• Create schedules for bakers and assign specific tasks
• Ensure all baked goods are made according to our recipes and quality standards
• Train new bakers on techniques and recipes
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery

• Proven experience as a Head Baker or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and methods
• Ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent organizational skills
• Creativity in developing new recipes and products
• Physical stamina to work long hours standing in a hot environment

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this position.

This job is located in El-Ain, so we are looking for candidates who are currently based there or willing to relocate.

This job does not require fluency in English but basic communication skills would be preferred.
