CIVIL ENGINEER REQUIRED - PRECAST CONCRETE FACTORY
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to work in a factory specializing in concrete and precast concrete products
.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Experience in concrete and precast concrete production
. - Good knowledge of concrete casting and factory production processes
. - Experience in managing and supervising workers and production teams
. - Plan, assign, and monitor daily production activities.
- Monitor product quality throughout casting, production, and finishing stages.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
. - Ensure all work is carried out correctly, efficiently, and safely
. - Identify and resolve production issues to minimize delays, defects, and rework.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining the required quality and efficiency
.
Previous experience in a precast concrete or concrete manufacturing factory is highly preferred.
