Experienced Baker - El-Ain, India

We are in search of an experienced Baker to join our team at our bakery in El-Ain India The ideal candidate should have a passion for baking and a strong understanding of different baking techniques and recipes In this role you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods such as bread pastries cakes and cookies You will also be required to decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Baker
• Knowledge of various baking techniques and recipes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and creativity
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
• Excellent time-management skills
• Strong communication skills in English

• Prepare doughs batters fillings icings and other ingredients based on recipes
• Bake products according to established standards and timelines
• Decorate and present baked goods with creativity and attention to detail
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed for different products
• Maintain inventory levels of baking supplies and equipment
• Ensure cleanliness of work area including proper storage of ingredients and tools
• Train new bakers when necessary
