Watch Technician

We re a watch business based in Al Ain UAE specializing in custom and modified timepieces We re looking for a skilled Watch Technician to join our team If you ve got sharp hands an eye for detail and a passion for watches we want to hear from you

• Assemble and customize watches swap dials hands bezels chapter rings crystals and cases
• Service and regulate mechanical movements Perform casing lubrication water-resistance testing and quality checks on finished builds
• Diagnose and repair customer watches including timing adjustments and part replacements
• Keep builds consistent with reference specs and maintain a clean organized workbench
• Communicate with customers on custom build requests and repair timelines

Hands-on experience modding or repairing watches (hobbyist or professional - portfolio/examples welcome). Comfortable working with small components under magnification; steady hands and patience. Familiarity with aftermarket watch parts and suppliers. Basic movement servicing skills (oiling, regulation, case/crown/crystal work). Bonus: experience with watchmaking tools (movement holders, hand-setting tools, case openers, timegraphers). A genuine interest in watches and craftsmanship.
