- Fabricate and assemble motorcycle frames, go-kart chassis, vehicle structures, and prototype assemblies.
- Perform high-quality
- TIG and
- MIG welding on steel, stainless steel, chrome steel, and aluminum components.
- Interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and technical specifications.
- Carry out chassis fabrication, structural modifications, and precision fitting work.
- Operate fabrication equipment including pipe benders, cutting tools, grinders, and welding equipment.
- Support prototype development and
- R&D projects.
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve designs and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure weld quality, structural integrity, and dimensional accuracy.
- Conduct quality inspections and troubleshoot fabrication challenges.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements, product enhancements, and innovative manufacturing solutions.
