Job Description
Mia Mia Blocks Factory is looking for an experienced Egg Laying Machine Operator to operate and monitor concrete block production machinery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating egg laying block machines and be familiar with concrete block production processes.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and control the egg laying concrete block machine safely and efficiently.
Set up and adjust the machine according to block size, production requirements, and mix specifications.
Monitor the quality, shape, dimensions, and strength of produced blocks.
Ensure proper feeding of concrete material into the machine.
Monitor machine performance and report any mechanical or operational issues.
Perform basic machine cleaning, lubrication, and routine maintenance.
Identify production problems and make necessary adjustments to maintain consistent output.
Minimize material wastage and production downtime.
Maintain a clean and safe working area around the machine.
Follow company safety procedures and production standards.
Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Previous experience operating egg laying concrete block machines is required.
Experience in a block factory or concrete products manufacturing facility is preferred.
Knowledge of concrete block production and basic machine troubleshooting.
Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
Physically fit and able to work in a factory/industrial environment.
Ability to work shifts and meet daily production targets.
Previous experience in UAE, Qatar, or Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
High School Diploma or equivalent education.
Hands-on experience with automatic or semi-automatic egg laying machines.
Basic mechanical knowledge.
Good attention to block quality and production consistency.
Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
