Marketing, Social Media & Student Recruitment Specialist

Belvedere International School in Al Ain is seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Marketing, Social Media & Student Recruitment Specialist to join its team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening the school's presence, engaging with families, and supporting student enrollment growth.

This role requires a combination of marketing expertise, social media skills, community engagement, and strong communication abilities. The successful candidate will represent the school professionally, build relationships with parents and organizations, and develop strategies to attract prospective students.

• Develop and execute marketing activities to support student recruitment and school growth.
• Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and improve online visibility.
• Engage with prospective families, answer inquiries, and support the admissions process.
• Build strong relationships with parents, community organizations, and external partners.
• Promote school programs and represent the school at community events and activities.
• Create marketing materials using tools such as Canva and support photography, video, and content creation activities.
• Monitor marketing campaigns and contribute ideas to improve student enrollment initiatives.
• Work both within the school and externally to strengthen community engagement.

• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong spoken and written English skills.
• Previous experience in school marketing, admissions, student recruitment, social media, sales, or a related field.
• Previous experience working in a school or educational environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Al Ain and its local community.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Professional confidence when interacting with parents and representing the school.
• Creative, energetic, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
• Strong social media and digital marketing skills.
• Experience with Canva, content creation, photography, video production, and social media platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to build relationships with families, organizations, and community partners.
• Strong knowledge of:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Education, or a Related Field (Estimated)
