Job SummaryAlDar Home Health Care is hiring Hemodialysis Nurses and Registered Nurses to provide high-quality home care services across the UAE. The ideal candidates will deliver patient centered care, ensure safety, and maintain clinical standards while working independently in a home care environment. Each role requires professionalism, compassion, and a strong commitment to patient wellbeing. Hemodialysis Nurses will focus on dialysis related care;
Registered Nurses will provide general nursing services;
Caregivers will support daily living and non clinical care needs.
- Prepare, set up and operate hemodialysis machines according to clinical protocols.
- Assess patients before, during and after dialysis; record vital signs, access sites, general condition.
- Manage dialysis related complications such as hypotension, cramping, bleeding and access issues.
- Maintain strict infection control and aseptic techniques, especially for catheter care.
- Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures, lifestyle and self care.
- Document all care activities and report patient changes to the physician.
- Ensure proper maintenance, calibration and safe use of dialysis equipment.
- Coordinate with home care teams for scheduling and follow ups.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and deliver holistic nursing care.
- Administer medications, manage wound care, monitor vital signs and assist with medical procedures.
- Implement individualized care plans and follow physician instructions.
- Document nursing care accurately in patient records.
- Provide health education and emotional support to patients and families.
- Ensure infection control, patient safety and adherence to home care standards.
- Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team for coordinated patient care.
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, mobility and feeding.
- Provide companionship, emotional support and basic physical assistance.
- Follow care plans and ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Support with light household tasks related to patient care.
- Report any noticeable changes in patient condition to the nurse or supervisor.
- Maintain hygiene, dignity and respect for all patients.
- Valid DOH license as a Hemodialysis Nurse.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of hemodialysis experience (hospital or home care).
- Valid DOH license as a Registered Nurse.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Clinical experience in home care or hospital setting (preferred).
- Strong patient centered approach with compassion and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in home settings.
- Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures.
- Critical thinking and problem solving abilities (especially for nurses).
- Flexibility to work different shifts and travel between patient locations.
- Home based patient visits across assigned emirates (Abu Dhabi, Al Ain).
- Shift based schedule depending on patient requirements.
- Must follow all regulatory, safety, and clinical guidelines.
