A leading medical center in Al Ain is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Supervisor to lead and support its nursing team in delivering high‑quality patient care. This role is ideal for a healthcare professional with strong leadership capabilities, clinical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining excellence in patient services.

The successful candidate will oversee daily nursing operations, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, support staff development initiatives, and promote a culture of patient safety and continuous improvement. Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations and clinical activities
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and quality standards
  • Support nursing staff through coaching, training, and performance management
  • Promote patient safety initiatives and continuous quality improvement programs
  • Monitor patient care delivery and ensure high standards of clinical practice
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management is preferred
  • Valid nursing license or eligibility in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience within a healthcare environment
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
