Abu Dhabi Health Services Company- SEHA is seeking a skilled ICU Charge Nurse to provide clinical leadership in the Intensive Care Unit. You will supervise the nursing team during shifts, coordinate patient care, and ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations to deliver safe, high-quality care.
You will monitor staff performance, support education and professional development, participate in emergency readiness, and collaborate with the Nurse Manager to maintain optimal staffing
