- Demonstrate critical thinking, conflict management, and problem solving skills.
- Promote interdisciplinary teamwork and act as a role model for nursing staff.
- Supervise junior nurses and students, ensuring safe and effective patient care.
- Participate in organizational change and perform in charge duties when delegated.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using evidence based practices.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare facility policies.
- Utilize electronic health records (e.g., Malaffi) efficiently.
- Monitor patient conditions, elevate care as needed, and apply early warning tools.
- Manage pain assessment and treatment according to guidelines.
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing or Associate degree in Nursing from Canada or USA with minimum two (2) years course duration.
- Successful completion of the National Exam:
- USA: NCLEX - RN
- Canada:
Licensing Exam
Minimum two (2) years clinical experience post qualification.
